What's In....Books/What's Out....Internet (only for the afternoon!)

This afternoon many students were working and researching in the library using the Internet. When suddenly the Internet went down! (OMG! What do we do!) When what to our wondering eyes should appear....Books!!!! Yes, books! After a little coaxing to move away from the computers, the students began to spread out around the tables and continue to research. The sound of learning was in the air and fingers were busily turning pages!

Making CCHS Library A Beautiful Place

Come in and see the improvements that have been made in the Fiction and Magazine Sections! Mr. Sheets and his "crew" built additional shelving to house more books in the fiction section for you to read and improved the magazine shelves for better viewing and storage of magazines. Come in and pick a book or magazine to enjoy!

Fun At Barnes and Noble

Students were invited to join the librarians at the Baybrook Barnes and Noble on Friday, January 29, to pick out books for the library. Thanks to those who helped and a big "Thank You" to the PTSA for giving us the opportunity to have this fun shopping spree! (Pictured are Mrs. Sanders and Emily)
