April…the word just oozes spring time, doesn’t it? It is yellow tulips and pink cherry blossoms. It is spring green grass and fresh dogwood white. Soft spring rain waking up the sleeping bulbs – they yawn and reach for the sun and invite us over for a swim in the deep end of color and fragrance…ahhh. Enough of that already! April is also a month for Poetry, Animal Cruelty Prevention, Lawn and Garden, and to celebrate National Library Week! Come by your library and enjoy the current displays of the month which include Book Spine Poetry, Gardening, Masks and Self Portraits created by Mrs. Foltz-Fox's and Mrs. Henning's Art Classes. Welcome to the month of April...it's not just for fools anymore...Get outside and enjoy the first taste of Spring!
